Museum Quality 9121968 Porsche 912 Rust Free! Owned by the owner of the dealership. This 1968 Porsche 912 coupe fitted with a 2.8-liter SCAT Type 4 flat-four in 2021. Additional refurbishment under the sellers ownership has included rust repair, a repaint in burgundy, and refreshes of the interior, brakes, and suspension. Equipment includes tan leather upholstery, chrome 15 wheels, European-market headlights, fog lights, Bilstein shocks, air conditioning, a Webasto gas heater, a wood-rimmed steering wheel, and an aftermarket Custom Autosound head unit. An oil change was performed in anticipation of the sale. Porsche Production Specifications certificate, service records from 2017 to the present, and a clean California title. The 2,840cc Type 4 flat-four was sourced from SCAT in April 2021, and it is equipped with dual carburetors, a CB Performance Crank Trigger ignition system, and a custom exhaust system. Power is sent to the rear wheels via a rebuilt 902/1 five-speed manual transaxle with a taller-than-standard fifth gear.
